This weeks reading has to do with the different types of teacher authorities and the levels of teacher influence on students. To start of, I will analyze how the differennt types of teaching stratgies refer to my own experience and beliefs after being in the classroom. There are four different types of teaching authorities. They include referent, expert, legitimate, and reward/coercive, Referent teachers have an actual relationship with their students where their students still have respect for them and want to learn and hear what they want to say because of that respect and relationship.
